Responsible for end-to-end software solutions for customer demands, adhering to Deutsche Telekom standards.
Part of a scrum team, driving business value for customers.
Lead and support a team of developers in building and maintaining software environments.
Analyze customer needs, develop solutions, and document processes.
Ensure compliance with architecture rules and specifications.
Design integration of solutions with existing systems and perform consulting for technical realizations.

Requirements:

Education: Master's degree in Information Technologies.
Certifications: LSA and Product certification required in specific cases.
IT Skills: Expert in MS Office, Solution proposal, Scrum; Advanced in ITIL, Jira, SAFe; Product Expert.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, analytical thinking, result orientation, conflict management.
Finance Skills: Expert in Resource Planning.
Languages: Advanced English (C1), German is an advantage.
Experience in business analysis, IT solution design, and project management.
