Remote Senior Java IVR Application Developer

Description:

• Seeking a Senior Java IVR Application Developer for the voice/contact center engineering team.
• Responsible for developing, supporting, and improving cloud-based IVR applications.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java EE and Spring Boot / Spring Core.
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably AWS.
• Experience with SQL for application configuration and data-driven logic.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Nice to have: experience developing IVR applications and understanding of IVR platforms.
