Description:

  • Seeking a Senior Java Developer for voice/contact center engineering team to develop and improve cloud-based IVR applications.
  • Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and business partners to enhance voice contact center systems.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software development experience, strong focus on Java (Java EE, Spring Boot/Spring Core).
  • Experience with SQL, microservices, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with voice technologies (VoiceXML, SRGS, MRCP, CCXML) is a plus.
