Description:

  • Provide technical support for Sonatype products and solutions, including debugging and troubleshooting incidents.
  • Reproduce defects, file actionable issues, and represent customer interests in engineering discussions.
  • Assist in developing enhancement lists and maintain the Knowledge Base.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including support cases, email, chat, and phone.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong ability to read and understand Java code.
  • Experience with Rest APIs, SQL databases, and Linux command line tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container technology (Docker, Kubernetes), and application servers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and solid English proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience interacting with clients on technical challenges.
