Description:

Provide technical support for Sonatype products and solutions, including debugging and troubleshooting incidents.
Reproduce defects, file actionable issues, and represent customer interests in engineering discussions.
Assist in developing enhancement lists and maintain the Knowledge Base.
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including support cases, email, chat, and phone.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience supporting complex enterprise software solutions.
Strong ability to read and understand Java code.
Experience with Rest APIs, SQL databases, and Linux command line tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container technology (Docker, Kubernetes), and application servers.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and solid English proficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience interacting with clients on technical challenges.
