Remote Senior/Lead Backend Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a strong Backend Engineer with architectural understanding and hands-on development experience.
• Key role in designing and developing SaaS/PaaS applications focusing on performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Responsible for building and leading a team in the Vietnam office.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and distributed systems/microservice architectures.
• Proficient in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience in designing scalable backend systems and APIs, and building SaaS/PaaS products.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and experience with DevOps, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong soft skills including technical decision-making, mentoring, ownership mentality, and excellent English communication.
