Description:

  • Seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Lead / Principal AI Engineer for the R&D AI Engineering team.
  • Responsible for shaping, building, and scaling AI-native solutions with a focus on Applied AI, Generative AI, and agentic systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
  • Significant experience in delivering complex software or AI systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C#, Go, TypeScript).
  • Strong expertise in Applied AI, LLM integration, and AI evaluation.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to lead technical direction and mentor engineers.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
