SmartRecruiters is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer with a focus on Developer Experience to join their team in Berlin or Krakow.
The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying critical components of the platform.
The engineer will promote solutions across the engineering organization, optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines, and collaborate with teams in different locations.

Requirements:
Great commercial experience in Java and/or JS/TS/Node.js.
Good analytical skills and experience working with SQL language and relational databases.
Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs, familiarity with Linux/Unix shell scripting, and modern distributed systems architectures and patterns.
Familiarity with test automation techniques and excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Nice to have:
Experience in Go, Python, NoSQL databases, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Kubernetes systems.
