Description:

Senior Legal Counsel, Privacy and Data Protection role at Nielsen, providing legal advice on EU/EEA privacy and data protection matters.
Remote work available within the UK; hybrid option in central London.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in privacy, data protection, or related legal work in-house.
Law degree or equivalent legal qualification; UK qualification required.
Deep knowledge of GDPR and applicable national privacy laws in Europe.
Experience with DPIAs/PIAs, drafting and negotiating data protection agreements.
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent English communication skills; additional European language is a plus.
