Description:

Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python (FastAPI), and Java for enterprise applications.
Build and integrate backend services with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Automate identity and access management tasks to improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of solutions with a focus on security and customer needs.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Java, and Python (FastAPI).
Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID.
Good understanding of REST APIs and integration concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Regular use of AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
Ability to use AI tools responsibly and validate outputs.
Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, DevOps practices, and familiarity with banking processes; German language is a plus.
