Description:

  • Join Novellia as the first ML hire in Platform Engineering, focusing on transforming unstructured clinical text into structured features for healthcare research.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of extraction models, from framing to deployment, ensuring high-quality outputs and collaboration with clinical data managers.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of applied ML experience, particularly with clinical data (EHR, clinical notes, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in text-based ML techniques (NER, classification, etc.) and practical experience with LLMs.
  • Proficient in Python and capable of running production-level code.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
