Description:

  • Lead the offline dataset pipeline for VLM/VLA training datasets from multi-sensor data.
  • Develop VLM-assisted auto-labeling and reasoning-grounded labels to enhance model training.
  • Curate datasets to improve model performance and close the data flywheel.
  • Collaborate with model teams to ensure dataset quality and delivery.
  • Scale pipelines on cloud infrastructure and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience (Bachelor's) or 3+ years (Master's) in relevant roles.
  • Proficiency in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and multimodal/VLM experience.
  • Experience with distributed ML frameworks and MLOps tooling.
  • Strong Python development skills and familiarity with cloud-based environments.
