Description:

  • Rifa AI is developing an AI agents platform for contact centers in regulated industries, focusing on trust and compliance.
  • The Senior Platform Engineer will own the underlying platform, including runtime, voice infrastructure, enterprise capabilities, and evaluation layers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and operating production systems with strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals.
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes.
  • Depth in real-time systems, understanding latency budgets and streaming.
  • Experience with observability tools and incident response.
  • Ability to build reliable, maintainable, and secure systems that scale.
  • High agency and creativity in a high-autonomy environment.
  • Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
