Description:

  • Lead the architecture and delivery of industry solutions, from understanding customer problems to production launch at scale.
  • Design a reusable "industry layer" with configurable objects, workflows, templates, and automations.
  • Build integrations with industry platforms and define standards for feature versioning and rollout.
  • Collaborate with core platform teams and mentor a team of engineers, focusing on quality and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of backend or platform engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Deep experience in designing configurable, multi-tenant platforms and a track record of product development from 0→1.
  • Strong understanding of security, scalability, and data isolation in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
