Requirements:

5 to 10+ years of relevant experience with hands-on ownership of production infrastructure.
Deep AWS expertise and strong Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or similar).
Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts (ordering, idempotency, retries, etc.).
Production PostgreSQL experience (connection pooling, migrations, performance optimization).
Ability to read and understand TypeScript and Node.js codebases; familiarity with NestJS.
Experience with high-traffic, highly available systems and strong debugging skills.
Comfort using AI coding tools with strong technical judgment.
Collaborative communication style and genuine interest in the product and users.
