Remote Senior/Principal Software Engineer (.NET+ React)

Description:

• Analyze business requirements to develop server and client applications using .NET and React.
• Estimate tasks, write code, and conduct unit tests for Restful APIs and front-end interfaces.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure functionality, security, and performance meet design standards.
• Maintain systems by resolving issues, updating tracking software, and providing status updates.
• Communicate with clients, control code versions, and research new technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, evaluate candidates, and upgrade skills.
• Develop user interfaces with HTML/CSS, React, Redux, and Context.
• Work with relational and schemaless databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Utilize Microsoft technologies, .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, Web API, Azure, and AWS.
• Write unit tests with a minimum 90% coverage, and use collaboration tools like Github and JIRA.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, Web API.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, React, Redux, Context, and Restful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational and schemaless databases, Azure, and AWS.
• Ability to create database structures, write unit tests, and use collaboration tools.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Flexible attitude, strong presentation skills, and influence among team members.
