Description:

  • Join the Voice Production Team to enhance Spotify’s AI voice experiences.
  • Define and measure AI voice quality to meet Spotify's specific needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product quality, evaluation, or data curation.
  • Ability to independently define evaluation criteria and create rubrics.
  • Knowledge of voice/audio quality aspects like naturalness and tone.
  • Strong judgment to balance product requirements and stakeholder perspectives.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and establishing evaluation processes.
  • Clear communication skills across creative, technical, and product teams.
  • Curiosity about generative AI and speech technology.
