Description:
- Join a team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions across web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure releases meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in manual and automated testing across web and APIs; hands-on with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations.
- Proven track record in defining QA strategy, implementing frameworks, and raising overall quality maturity.
- Solid understanding of non-functional testing types such as performance, security, and accessibility.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
