Description:

Perform 50/50 manual and automated testing (Python) by manually testing new features and automating them.
Work with an established Python automation framework to increase coverage, contribute new tests, improve stability, and address test tech debt.
Design and implement effective testing strategies and plans.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders throughout development and release cycles.
Identify bottlenecks and improve QA processes and workflows.
Proactively solve testing-related challenges to ensure product quality.
Participate in day-to-day testing activities while distributing tasks.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in test automation (Python).
Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing.
Strong skills in manual testing and working with complex business logic.
Experience in performance and load testing.
Solid knowledge of Kibana, Postman, and API testing.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Allure reporting).
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Good communication skills in English and Russian.
