Remote Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Description:

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various projects adjacent to core businesses.
• Involved in the design of scalable applications from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases with a focus on automation to shorten test cycles.
• Collaborate with Development, Test, and Product Management to implement test and validation strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in mobile testing and automated test techniques throughout the software development cycle.
• Proficient in REST and WebSocket API automation testing using Python/Java.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Pytest, Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and coding/debugging skills.
• Understanding of software design principles, algorithms, and multi-threading concepts.
• Proven ability to create test plans from functional requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of continuous integration practices (Jenkins or CircleCI) is a plus.
• Experience in an agile environment preferred.
