Description:

Lead quality initiatives to ensure high-performing, reliable software in a rapidly evolving industrial software market.
Design and execute complex testing strategies while mentoring junior engineers and advocating for quality across the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
Expertise in automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, REST Assured) with experience in developing automated tests for Windows applications.
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience in defining and tracking QA metrics (MTTD, MTTR).
Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required experience with SCADA applications and PLC devices.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM field and a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
