Description:

Join Alpaca as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to maintain and enhance the reliability of our brokerage platform.
Work across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability stack, messaging layer, and data layer, with a focus on PostgreSQL reliability.

Requirements:

4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or backend engineering with production operations experience.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GitOps workflows.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL in production environments.
Understanding of cloud networking fundamentals and debugging cross-service connectivity.
Proficient with Linux and modern observability stacks.
Experience in incident response and structured debugging.
Proficiency in Go or Python, with strong communication skills.
