Description:

  • Join the global Platform SRE team to build, operate, and scale Kong’s multi-region SaaS platform.
  • Design, automate, and run production systems across AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience managing SaaS or PaaS systems at enterprise scale.
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Bash.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with API gateway and service mesh technologies.
  • Experience in a 24/7/365 production support environment.
