Description:

Maintain a healthy, secure, and smooth-running production environment as part of the cloud engineering team.
Oversee day-to-day administration of AWS accounts, databases, and production monitoring for a serverless platform.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in DevOps, site reliability, or platform operations with significant production system responsibility.
3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, focusing on serverless services (Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, S3).
Strong database administration experience, particularly with PostgreSQL.
Proficiency in scripting languages (TypeScript, Python, bash) for automation.
Strong understanding of Linux, DNS, TLS, Docker, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure as code (SST, Pulumi, Terraform).
Experience with production monitoring, incident response, and on-call ownership.
