Join Wealthsimple as a Senior Software Developer on the Cards team, responsible for building and managing card infrastructure from issuance to lifecycle management.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to create reliable experiences for millions of Canadians.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend systems in payments or financial services.
Strong understanding of backend engineering fundamentals and experience with card issuance, authorization, and payment systems.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and work on greenfield projects, with a maker-owner mindset.
Experience with AI-centric development workflows and strong product judgment.
Technical leadership skills and a collaborative approach to engineering.
