Description:

  • Join Waabi's AI Technical Strike Team to design, build, and ship custom internal tooling, agents, and workflows to enhance productivity across teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and business teams to understand workflows and prototype AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on shipping tools or products for large user bases.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
  • Strong product instincts and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
