Description:

  • Operate as a technical leader within the team and across the engineering organization.
  • Shape architecture and design, mentor developers, and partner with stakeholders to translate technical decisions into business value.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Nx monorepo architecture at scale.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD systems and cloud-native platforms, ideally on AWS.
  • Strong software fundamentals and experience with agentic-AI software development practices.
  • Experience mentoring developers and influencing architectural decisions.
