Description:

Senior / Staff SDET responsible for quality assurance of Nexxa’s AI agent systems, combining test automation with manual testing.
Collaborate with ML engineers and backend engineers to define quality metrics and continuously measure agent performance in industrial settings.

Requirements:

5+ years as an SDET, QA engineer, or software engineer with a strong testing focus.
Proven experience in manual and automated testing, including exploratory testing and writing bug reports.
Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience building test frameworks from scratch.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems and testing APIs/microservices.
Familiarity with LLM-based products and understanding of their unique failure modes.
