Description:

  • Seeking a Senior Software Engineer (SR+) to evaluate AI coding agents like OpenAI Codex and Claude Code.
  • Role focuses on assessing AI interactions rather than traditional coding tasks.

Requirements:

  • Senior, Staff, or Principal-level engineer with strong TypeScript/JavaScript or Python background.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
  • Strong written and spoken English (B2 or above) for detailed feedback and video explanations.
  • Ability to evaluate code without executing it and provide clear, opinionated feedback.
