As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and deliver core features across the AI-powered platform.
The role involves working across the stack, including backend services in Ruby on Rails and frontend interfaces with React.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience building production-ready software across the stack.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails is required.
Solid experience with React is necessary.
Familiarity with modern web development tools such as TypeScript, Tailwind, Webpack, PostgreSQL, and Redis is expected.
A strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system design principles is essential.
Experience in building or maintaining third-party integrations is a plus.
You should be product-minded, balancing engineering quality with pragmatic trade-offs.
An interest in or experience with Generative AI and related technologies is preferred.
Demonstrated initiative and the ability to make independent decisions in a remote environment are required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is necessary.
