Description:

The engineering team focuses on connecting people to jobs using technology, supporting over 100M job seekers.
The position is for a backend engineer, with remote work options available in Germany or Poland.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in designing and operating distributed web-based systems (preferred).
Proficient in Java, with hands-on experience in TDD, clean code, and architecture principles.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and persistence layer design.
Experience with distributed systems design and ability to mentor other engineers.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
Familiarity with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD practices is a plus.
