Description:

  • Field Materials develops AI-native construction procurement software that automates workflows in procurement, AP, and inventory management.
  • The company is post-PMF and processes over $3B in material purchase volume across 16 construction trades.

Requirements:

  • BS (or higher) in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-5+ years of production-level experience in Backend Engineering, preferably in Go.
  • Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures with real-world applications.
  • Experience with SQL databases and complex data models.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems; experience with GraphQL, LLMs, and observability is a plus.
