Join KIEFER as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on backend development for Sophea Meet, an AI-powered meeting assistant.
Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to shape features from concept to production.

Requirements:

6+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in backend development.
Strong backend engineering experience with Python, TypeScript, and Node.js; ability to contribute to React interfaces.
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with event-driven systems and caching technologies like Redis.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS in production environments.
Strong test automation skills and practical experience using AI coding agents.
High autonomy, strong communication skills, and sound product judgment.

Fully remote work within the EU or hybrid from Athens, with no relocation required.
