Join Affirm's Data and Storage Services team to enhance data infrastructure for OLTP and OLAP systems.
Focus on providing reliable, scalable, self-serve offline data access to support ML, Product, and Financial Engineering.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in backend systems development using Python or Kotlin.
Proven track record in developing highly available distributed systems with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Experience with technologies like Iceberg, Flink, Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, and Terraform.
Ability to define technical plans for significant features with elegant designs and high-quality code.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to personal growth and team collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
