Description:

Join the Payments Platform team at Swile to build and evolve a large-scale financial infrastructure serving millions of users.
Work on core payment and banking capabilities including accounts, wallets, balances, and compliance integrations.

Requirements:

Significant experience in building and operating backend systems in production.
Strong understanding of software design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases and messaging/event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex problems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and clear communication abilities.
Fluent/Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 Level).
