Join the engineering team to build the platform for Bryq's talent intelligence products.
Work on improving assessment delivery infrastructure and building data pipelines and APIs.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go, Java).
Understanding of distributed systems, API design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
