Description:

Join the Builder Tools Team as a Senior Software Engineer to empower builders with a standardized ecosystem of core engineering tools.
Collaborate with teams across the company to standardize workflows and influence product direction.

Requirements:

Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in production-quality internal platforms or developer tooling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Experience with modern agentic coding tools like Codex and Claude Code.
Ability to build workflow automation or internal tools (CLI tools, services, etc.).
Strong judgment on standardization vs. flexibility and removing friction without compromising reliability.
Comfort in cross-functional collaboration and translating needs into solutions.
Ability to use data and qualitative feedback for prioritization and impact measurement.
Clear written communication skills for documentation.

Base Salary Range: $176,000 - $237,600, plus equity options.
