Description:

  • Lead projects from conception to launch, collaborating with PM, EM, tech lead, and teammates.
  • Build features across the stack, from customer-facing card experiences to backend systems.
  • Mentor engineers and enhance engineering quality through reviews and collaboration.
  • Maintain operational excellence with a focus on observability and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Strong full-stack experience with a product mindset and systems thinking.
  • Experience making architectural decisions on complex systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and handle ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with Haskell and TypeScript, or willingness to learn.
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, payments, or card issuing.
