Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in Java, Spring framework, JPA, Hibernate.
Experience with data pipelines in Databricks, ETL, Apache Spark is a plus.
Proficient in building cloud-native distributed systems and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
Generalist skill set across Backend, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure.
Ability to analyze and design complex software and build scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
Experience with Kubernetes and Hyperscalers like AWS.
Strong understanding of modern engineering practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).
Problem-solving attitude and collaborative team spirit.
