Remote Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Networking

Description:

• Architect and lead the evolution of Vultr’s global cloud networking platform.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure network services including VPC, edge connectivity, and security features.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in infrastructure, network engineering, or hosting environments.
• Experience with virtual networking (public/private cloud), SDN, VXLAN/EVPN.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, L2/L3 routing, Linux and Kubernetes networking.
• Proficiency in Go or Rust; familiarity with PHP and SQL is a plus.
• Network automation and observability experience.
• Clear communication skills across engineering and leadership.
