Work with Team Vector to build intuitive and trusted customer-facing banking AI agents that handle real conversations for financial institutions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in building production AI systems and understanding LLM architecture.
Strong technical judgment and ability to design complex components with sound tradeoffs.
Excellent delivery track record, shipping fast without compromising quality.
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects from idea to delivery.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn new tools and practices.
Strong communication skills for cross-continental collaboration, with at least 2 hours of overlap with Pacific Time.
Leadership instincts with prior experience in tech lead or mentorship roles preferred.
