Atria Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Data Engineering team to support engineering efforts across data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics platforms.
This role involves designing and building scalable data systems, mentoring engineers, and partnering with domain product teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data.
The work will enable Atria’s long-term research ambitions and help physicians derive novel clinical insights.
The engineer will own complex data initiatives from design through implementation while establishing best practices that elevate the entire engineering organization.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on data engineering.
Deep experience with cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake and BigQuery, is required.
Proficiency with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or similar) is necessary.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and warehouse design are essential.
Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or Spark is required.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead technical initiatives and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences are necessary.
