  • Atria Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Data Engineering team to support engineering efforts across data infrastructure, pipelines, and analytics platforms.
  • This role involves designing and building scalable data systems, mentoring engineers, and partnering with domain product teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data.
  • The work will enable Atria’s long-term research ambitions and help physicians derive novel clinical insights.
  • The engineer will own complex data initiatives from design through implementation while establishing best practices that elevate the entire engineering organization.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on data engineering.
  • Deep experience with cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake and BigQuery, is required.
  • Proficiency with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or similar) is necessary.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and warehouse design are essential.
  • Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or Spark is required.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to lead technical initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences are necessary.
