Requirements:

Strong background in Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, or backend software engineering with hands-on experience in Python and/or Java.
Proven track record of building and operating production backend systems and developer tooling at scale, especially for large engineering organizations.
Experience with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
Familiarity with modern development workflows, monitoring, logging, and telemetry.
