Description:

SEON is a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, providing tools to help companies reduce fraud and protect revenue.
The Developer Experience (DevEx) team aims to enhance the efficiency and confidence of SEON's engineers by building internal tools and infrastructure.
This role is the first senior engineering hire on the DevEx team, allowing significant influence over team operations and project direction.
The position is remote within Europe, with occasional travel to other offices.

Requirements:

5+ years in software, platform, or DevOps engineering roles.
Strong coding skills in Node.js, Python, or Bash; capable of writing production-quality internal software.
Experience with AI-assisted development and LLM-based tools.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
Solid understanding of cloud fundamentals, with AWS experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably EKS.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and building solutions.

Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.
