Seeking a Senior/Staff Engineer to work on core services, telephony, and observability, focusing on latency, availability, and operational simplicity.

Requirements:

Experience designing and delivering distributed systems in production.
Strong programming fundamentals and ability to learn quickly.
Ownership of the entire development process: prototype, test, ship, monitor, and iterate.
Familiarity with technologies such as Go, gRPC, Kubernetes, and observability tools.

Skills
