Remote Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

Description:

• Phantom is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Frontend development to enhance their self-custodial wallet, which provides a seamless experience for managing accounts and tokens across multiple blockchains.
• The role involves owning features on the Phantom web platforms, including the Phantom Extension and the company website.
• The engineer will lead initiatives to support additional blockchains and launch new complementary products or infrastructure.
• Direct interaction with end-users and developers is required to support them and gather feedback for product direction.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with technologies such as React, Typescript, styled-components, and React-Query.
• Experience with Solana web3.js and ethers.js is necessary.
• A demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms is essential.
• Experience in a blockchain-based project is a nice-to-have.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
