Description:

Develop and optimize high-performance, scalable backend services using a modern tech stack.
Design and implement robust APIs and integrations to connect systems and external services.
Build cloud-based solutions on AWS.
Ensure software quality through clean, testable code and regular code reviews.
Contribute to software architecture planning and build future-proof solutions.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Shape the development of core products and interfaces, impacting overall success.
Utilize agentic engineering methods for reliable results.
Participate in onsite meetings in Offenburg twice per quarter.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in professional software development.
Proficient in Go and capable of working with large legacy applications.
Experience with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Solid experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and asynchronous architectures.
Commitment to clean code and architecture practices.
High standards for work quality.
Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar for continuous improvement.
Fluent in German and confident in English.
Reside in Germany with the necessary work permit.
