Remote Senior Software Engineer (Go) (m/w/d)

Description:

• Develop and optimize scalable backend services using a modern tech stack.
• Design and implement robust APIs and integrations for seamless system connectivity.
• Build cloud-based solutions directly on AWS.
• Ensure high software standards through clean, testable code and regular code reviews.
• Participate in software architecture planning and contribute to future-proof solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers to enhance their skills.

• Utilize Agentic Engineering methods for efficient results.
• Engage in regular onsite work, visiting the office in Offenburg twice a quarter.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in Go and comfortable working with large legacy applications.
• Experienced with AWS (e.g., Lambda, S3) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong background in APIs (REST, GraphQL) and asynchronous architectures.
• Committed to clean code and architecture practices.
• High standards for work quality.
• Familiar with tools like Claude Code and Cursor, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Reside in Germany with a valid work permit.
