Description:

  • Owner is an AI-native system designed to help local business owners, starting with restaurants, by integrating various operational tools.
  • The Guest Lifecycle & Loyalty (LILO) team focuses on creating automated, data-driven marketing solutions to enhance customer retention and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven technical leadership with experience in driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted features and a pragmatic approach to development.
  • Strong end-to-end project ownership from design to production support.
  • Product-oriented engineering judgment to balance speed and quality.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment and decision influence.
  • Rigor in data and experimentation, including defining metrics and running controlled experiments.
