Description:

  • Hummingbird is a remote-first team focused on fighting financial crime through AI-powered compliance tools.
  • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Cortex Team, you will design and deliver customer-facing AI features, collaborating with Product, Design, and other engineers.

Requirements:

  • Experience shipping products to real users, preferably AI products.
  • Strong focus on quality, testing, and security in scalable systems.
  • Curiosity and creativity in learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
  • Solid backend experience, data fluency, and operational maturity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Design teams.
  • Bonus: Experience with OpenSearch, Snowflake, or familiarity with fintech and compliance domains.
