Description:

Act as a hands-on technical leader building and evolving Polaris across the full stack.
Design React and TypeScript interfaces and Django and Python APIs, owning features from architecture to deployment.
Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and engineers to translate business problems into scalable solutions.
Improve delivery speed, quality, and reliability while mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in building production web applications with expertise in React/TypeScript and Python/Django.
Proven ability to own complex full-stack features and systems end to end.
Deep knowledge of React (hooks, component architecture) and Django (ORM, REST Framework).
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and modern frontend tooling (Vite, NPM).
Mastery of automated testing practices and understanding of application security.
Experience with containerized applications in cloud environments (GCP, Kubernetes is a plus).
